An invoice with payment details will be sent to you.
Prices are all in SINGAPORE (SGD) currency.

PAYMENT METHOD
For Singapore Buyers:
1. Funds Transfer via ATM / Internet Banking (Using DBS/POSB or UOB)
2. Paypal

For International Buyers:
1. Paypal

Immediate Payment (Within 12 Hours) = FREE Normal Mailing *
* Please indicate that you are able to make an immediate payment in your email; applies to singapore buyers only.

Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time you received a payment invoice.
Please note that if we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
^If you require more time to make payment, you can always drop an email with a request.
^ Extension of payment may be given up to 48 hours and is only allowed for item(s) that are not on the waiting list.

METHODS OF DELIVERY
Price does not include postage rates & handling, additional charges apply.
Handling cost includes bubble wrapping / other miscellaneous wrapping required.

For Singapore Buyers:
Items are usually mailed out within 1 to 2 days after confirmation of payment. Shipping will be through Singapore Post (Singpost). In most cases, delivery will take 2 - 3 days for normal mailing (with no tracking number) and up to 3 days for registered mailing (with tracking number).

For International Buyers:
All international orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail; you will be able to track your parcel with a given tracking number.
There will be an additional $2.20 applicable for registered articles by Singapore Post.
Please note that we are not liable for customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Note: We will not ship out orders with ear studs for international buyers.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your item(s) will be placed inside airtight zip lock bag(s), complete with sufficient bubble wraps to protect your item(s) and will be packed inside an envelope with our returning address.
All ear studs / ear rings / rings will be bubble wrapped and placed inside a small rectangular box to reduce the risk of crushing during mailing process.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your items! Don't hesitate to check with us before making a purchase if you have questions. We do not offer exchanges & refunds. However, if you are disappointed with your order, please email us ASAP and we will try to work out something with you.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your mailing address / handphone number will not be disclosed to any parties that are not related to your purchase.

UNSUBSCRIBE ME
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to ohmymuffins@hotmail.com with
"UNSUBSCRIBE ME" in the subject header.

NOTE:
1. Please note that normal mail is not tracked nor traceable hence we are not responsible for any lost mail. We can only help you file for a lost mail report.
2. It is advisable to opt for registered mailing; we will send you a registered reference number provided by Singapore Post via email; you can track the status of your parcel at Singpost online website.
3. Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
